Orders finalised before 2pm will normally be received the next working day between 9am and 5:30pm unless otherwise arranged.
We will notify customers if there are any amendments or changes to their order.
Goods will be despatched to the address/site specified at the time of order.
Goods are usually despatched via courier. Some smaller items are sent via Royal Mail.
If goods do not arrive, the Company will not be deemed in breach of the contract, but will endeavour to track the order. Any delay in delivery will not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to receive a refund of any monies paid. The company cannot accept responsibility if there are any difficulties in delivery as a consequence of information or lack of information supplied by the customer.
If goods are damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 working hours from date of delivery.
