Cancellation & Returns
Trade Electric Gates UK is under no obligation to accept a cancellation of an order once it has been accepted and dispatched by the company.
Where a cancellation or amendment to an order is agreed, items must be returned to us at the customer’s own expense. Goods must be ensured that they are packaged up adequately to protect from damage. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and fit for resale.
Items damaged during installation are not covered under warranty. The item will be inspected by the manufacturer to determine the cause of the fault. A new Item will not automatically be issued until after inspection and reported of faulty goods has been received.
Refunds will not be authorised if items are marked or damaged in any way.
Goods made to special order cannot be cancelled.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
On receipt of which the amount for the original item less 20% handling charge and original postage fee will be refunded to the customer’s card within 30 days.
Goods are supplied according to descriptions and specifications given by Manufacturer. A refund will not be authorised if the item is deemed unsuitable for your requirements, unless expressly stated so on website.
If an error has been made on our part, we will be happy to refund the full amount and the return delivery cost.
This policy does not affect your legal rights.
