FAQ:

When will I receive my order?

Orders finalised before 2pm will normally be received the next working day between 9am and 5:30pm, unless otherwise arranged.

What if something is not in stock?

In the event of any necessary amendment or change to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I change my address?

Goods will be despatched to the address/site specified at the time of order.

Who is delivering my item?

Goods are usually despatched via courier, with some smaller items being sent via Royal Mail.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

If goods do not arrive, the Company will not be deemed in breach of the contract, but will endeavour to track the order. Any delay in delivery will not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to receive a refund of any monies paid. The company cannot accept responsibility if there are any difficulties in delivery as a consequence of information or lack of information supplied by the customer.

My order has arrived but it is damaged!

If goods are damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us within 48 working hours from date of delivery.
